SpliceKit is a free macOS application made available through a public website and GitHub.
SpliceKit is designed to collect as little information as possible. The app does not collect, sell, or use personal information for advertising, marketing, or analytics purposes.

SpliceKit does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, postal address, or payment details through the app.
However, SpliceKit uses Sentry to receive crash reports and diagnostic information when the app encounters an error or unexpected failure. This information may include technical data such as:

- Device Type
- Operating System Version
- SpliceKit Version
- Diagnostic and Error Data
This information is used only to diagnose problems, fix bugs, and improve the stability of the app. We do not use it to identify you personally.

SpliceKit does not use third-party analytics or tracking tools.
SpliceKit does not display advertisements.
SpliceKit does not include in-app purchases.

We use GitHub to host the project website, documentation, source code, and support resources. If you visit our GitHub pages, repository, or submit an issue, your information may be processed by GitHub in accordance with GitHub’s own privacy practices.

Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Crash and diagnostic data may be processed by Sentry on our behalf for the limited purpose of error monitoring and application stability.
